“At first I was very frustrated as I didn’t know how to plan my meals and activities. As time went on I learned to: Go to bed early, get up early, exercise at night & in the morning, making sure to get 150 hrs in a week, planning my meals, monitoring my blood sugar before meals, 2 hrs after and after exercising (what a big difference!!).
