Our Programs


Our workshops help you learn ways to manage your health, so that you can feel better and live life more fully, every day.

Most workshops run for around 2-2 ½ hours once a week for 6-8 weeks, depending on the program. They are typically led by two specially trained facilitators who have similar health conditions. Workshops take place in a variety of community settings all over Illinois.

Our workshops are broken down into three types:
