Partner with Illinois Pathways to Health (ILPTH) to bring evidence-based health promotion programs to communities across Illinois. As a Delivery Partner, your organization delivers proven health education that helps individuals manage their health, reduce risk, and improve overall well-being.
Depending on the program, your organization may operate under ILPTH’s statewide license or your own program license, if applicable. Our team will help determine the best partnership structure for your organization’s needs.

If training is needed, we’ll let you know whether ILPTH offers training for your selected program or connect you with certification resources. You may also view upcoming trainings on our training schedule.
