Bingocize®

Bingocize® is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Jason Crandall in Western Kentucky. This innovative program combines the excitement of a bingo-like game with exercise and health education, creating a unique experience that boosts functional fitness, health knowledge, and social engagement for older adults.
Each session is interactive and fun, starting with a warm-up and ending with a cool-down. During the game:

Participants play bingo, resting while numbers are called.

Complete exercises or answer health education questions during play.

This cycle repeats until someone wins, keeping participants moving and engaged.
Exercises can be performed sitting or standing, so everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level.
Duration & Format
