A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program empowers older adults to manage falls and increase their activity levels. Guided by two trained coaches, participants will explore strategies to reduce the fear of falling and boost their confidence in staying active.
Duration & Format

In-Person Workshops: Meet once or twice a week for eight sessions, each lasting 2 hours.

Virtual Workshops: Participate in nine sessions, with the first session providing instruction on how to utilize the virtual platform.
