It is designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve relaxation and balance in older adults who have concerns about falls. All sessions are led by certified TCHI instructors.

The essential principles of Tai Chi encompass mind-body integration, controlled breathing, and mental concentration, making it one of the most effective exercises for both physical and mental well-being. Experience the relaxation and upliftment that comes from practicing Tai Chi.
