About the Class

Bingocize® is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Jason Crandall in Western Kentucky. This innovative program combines the excitement of a bingo-like game with exercise and health education, creating a unique experience that boosts functional fitness, health knowledge, and social engagement for older adults.

Each session is interactive and fun, starting with a warm-up and ending with a cool-down. During the game:

  • Participants play bingo, resting while numbers are called.

  • Complete exercises or answer health education questions during play.

  • This cycle repeats until someone wins, keeping participants moving and engaged.

Exercises can be performed sitting or standing, so everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level.
