Tomando Control de su Salud
This is the Spanish version of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, tailored for Spanish speakers facing ongoing health issues such as arthritis, mental health disorders, chronic pain, cancer, and diabetes, by enhancing their self-management skills and providing strategies to build confidence and motivation for better health.

About the Class
This is the Spanish version of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program specifically designed for Spanish speakers. Tomando Control de su Salud is an interactive workshop designed for people with any type of ongoing health condition and their caregivers. Participation in a workshop provides skills and tools to help you make meaningful and lasting changes to your health so that you can live an active, fulfilling life.
