An interactive workshop for employed individuals with chronic physical or mental health conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and depression. Participants will learn essential skills for managing their conditions, including work-life balance, exercise, healthy eating, symptom management, weight loss, and effective communication.

About the Class​

Join our Workplace Take Charge of Your Health interactive workshop and take the first step toward a healthier, more balanced life!

In this engaging program, you'll gain practical skills to manage your condition daily, focusing on essential areas such as work-life balance, exercise, healthy eating, symptom management (including pain, fatigue, sleep, and stress), weight loss, and effective communication.
